The committee discussed potential issues with transaction coordinators and showing agents performing services for multiple brokerages. The conversation will continue at the next meeting.
The committee also discussed concerns about agents not completing the Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form in its entirety and whether it leads to confusion for consumers about who to contact in a transaction. It recommended the agency provide more education about completing the IABS form to license holders.
