Draft EIR to be Presented to Planning Commission

The City of Santa Barbara's Vic Trace Reservoir Replacement Project team will be presenting the project's Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.

The public is invited to attend the meeting and/or provide public comments to the Planning Commission:

Meeting agendas and instructions on how to provide public comment is available at SantaBarbaraCA.gov/Planning-Commission.

The purpose of this meeting is to present environmental and construction impact analysis and to review proposed mitigation measures. The City's Planning Commission reviews Draft Environmental Impact Reports as part of the planning and permitting process. Public comment can be provided at the meeting, on Zoom, or in advance.
