Ms. Etienne joined the firm in 2017 as a law clerk where she gained experience and knowledge in various areas of Public Finance. Since joining BMO as an associate attorney in 2018, Ms. Etienne has focused her practice on Public Finance law, with an emphasis on affordable housing, general local governments, and community development districts. Ms. Etienne serves as Co-Chair of the firm's Law Clerk Program. Lo received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2018, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class.
