The Klamath County Board of Commissioners is now accepting applications for junior member positions on the Klamath County Tourism Grant and Economic Development Grant Review Panels.
These positions are open to high school students residing in Klamath County and offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in local government while contributing to decisions that shape the community's future. Junior members serve a one-school-year term and participate in the review and discussion of tourism and economic development grant funding.
Apply online at https://www.klamathcounty.org/636/Advisory-BoardCommittee-Vacancies-and-Ap. The application period closes on May 20, 2026. Selected students will be appointed in time for this fall's grant cycles.
Students with an interest in civic engagement, community development, or public service are encouraged to apply.
