Sen. Cramer: HHS Awards More Than $1.2 Million to North Dakota

BISMARCK, N.D. - The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded $1,234,999 to support suicide prevention, housing, and transitional services for young people. The funding will be distributed as follows:

  • $734,999 to the Turtle Mountain Tribe for Center for Mental Health Services Projects of Regional and National Significance.
  • $250,000 to Mountain Plains Youth Services Inc. for the Maternity Group Home Program.
  • $250,000 to Mountain Plains Youth Services Inc. for the Transitional Living Program.
