The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois will remain open and continue operations during the government shutdown. We will monitor the situation and send additional announcements as necessary regarding any changes to court operations.

All proceedings and deadlines remain in effect as scheduled unless otherwise advised. The electronic filing system, CM/ECF, will remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents with the Court.
