Scheduled temporary interruptions of work. March 21 and 22 from 6:00am till 10:00am check of the bank’s system and additional backup channels

On March 21 and 22 from 06:00 to 10:00, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group will carry out scheduled technical maintenance to test the bank's systems and additional backup channels. During this period, the bank will perform a test switch of its systems to a backup data center located abroad. Such tests are conducted regularly to ensure the reliability of our infrastructure and the continuity of banking services in case of unforeseen situations.

During the indicated time, short-term interruptions or slower performance may occur in the following services:

  • UKRSIB online and UKRSIB business internet banking

  • payment cards

  • UKRSIBBANK ATMs and POS terminals

  • the bank's information support line.

In addition, temporary delays in processing certain transactions may occur during the maintenance period.

If you have financial transactions planned for this time, please make payments in advance and, if necessary, inform your clients and partners. Also, plan your payments for goods and services in advance and support yourself with enough cash if you plan to pay for goods and services during technical works.

Conducting maintenance of bank's systems and testing possibility of switching to additional backup channels, the bank works out various possible scenarios of events in Ukraine and measures to counter them. In case of unforeseen situations, the bank will be able to restore all service systems in short term, bank services will be available to clients, and all personal data will be secured.
