M-20 closed in Isabella County due to culvert failure
MT. PLEASANT, Mich. -The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has closed M-20 (Remus Road) between Sherman Road and Costabella Avenue in Isabella County to repair a failed culvert after heavy rainfall.
On Thursday, March 12, a failed culvert on M-20 over Pony Creek prompted MDOT to close the roadway in both directions for culvert repairs. A date for reopening will be announced.
Traffic is temporarily detoured via County Line Road, Blanchard Road and Coldwater Road. A separate truck detour will be posted starting tomorrow, March 13, using Winn Road, M-46 and M-66.
