[Notice] Upgrade of Corporate Internet Banking – New interface and features

Dear Valued Corporate Customers,

As part of our continuous efforts to provide you with a smoother, more intuitive, and enhanced when using our Internet Banking service, effective September 27th, 2025, Shinhan Bank Vietnam Ltd. ("Shinhan Bank") will upgrade the interface and enhance key features with following highlights:

  1. Modern and user-friendly interface
  • A refreshed design that enables easier navigation, faster searches, and quicker transactions.
  • Optimized screens for payment and savings accounts to make every action more convenient.
  1. Enhanced transfer functions
  • "Shinhan internal transfer" and "Domestic transfer" have been consolidated into a single option: Domestic Single Transfer.
  • The international transfer interface has been improved, with integrated transaction inquiry functions for simpler and faster operations.
  1. Optimized for corporate customers with multi-level users
  • The initial setup process for administrator users has been reorganized and clarified.
  • User management steps have been streamlined to improve efficiency and reduce configuration errors.
