Meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and France

On April 28, in Paris, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Jean-Noël Barrot.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Jean-Noël Barrot expressed satisfaction with the selection and official inauguration of the new residence of Armenia's diplomatic mission in Paris, noting that it represents one of the best manifestations of further deepening the partnership between the two countries.

The Ministers discussed steps aimed at advancing the strategic partnership between Armenia and France, emphasizing the importance of the upcoming visit of President Macron to Yerevan. Cooperation programs in key areas were touched upon.

During the meeting, issues on the expansion of the Armenia-European Union partnership, as well as cooperation aimed at strengthening democratic resilience were touched upon as well.

The interlocutors exchanged views on regional and international developments.
