On April 4, Ambassador Chen Mingjian and Hon. Patrobas Paschal Katambi，Minister of Home Affairs of Tanzania jointly paid tribute to the Chinese experts who sacrificed their lives for the construction of the TAZARA Railway and other Chinese projects in Tanzania. Hon. James Millya, Deputy Minister for Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, Mr. Bruno Ching'andu，Managing Director of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority, Representatives of Chinese Enterprises and Chinese Community attended the memorial ceremony.
