Nine Bruin athletes and coaches, who combined to win eight NCAA championships and earn 12 All-America honors at UCLA, will be inducted into the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame this fall. They will join Bruin greats such as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Arthur Ashe, Jackie Robinson, Bill Walton and John Wooden - all part of the first class of inductees when the Hall of Fame was established in 1984.
The new members will be officially inducted in an Oct. 23 on-campus ceremony and introduced at halftime of the UCLA vs. Michigan State football game on Oct. 24.
