FPSC to Hold Hearing on Duke Energy Florida’s Proposed Large Load Tariff
The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold a hearing beginning Tuesday, August 25, 2026, to consider Duke Energy Florida's (DEF) proposed large load tariff.
The hearing is scheduled for the following time and location:

Tallahassee, Florida
Wednesday, August 26, has also been reserved as a continuation date, if needed. The start time for any continuation session will be announced at the conclusion of the preceding day's hearing.
