Chinese Ambassador to Liberia Yin Chengwu Accompanies President Boakai to Inspect BAO CHICO Pier Project

On December 31, Ambassador Yin Chengwu accompanied Liberian President Joseph Nyuma Boakai to inspect BAO CHICO Pier Project. The event was also attended by Zhang Yimin, Counsellor of Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy, Kartumu Yarta Boakai, First Lady of Liberia, Richard Matenokay Tingban, Minister of Mines and Energy, Natu Oswald Tweh, Minister of Justice, Sirleaf Ralph Tyler, Minister of Transport, Hadja Mamaka Bility, Minister of State without Portfolio, and Emmanuel Urey Yarkpawolo, Executive Director of Liberia EPA, etc.

President Boakai and Ambassador Yin received briefings on the project. They also inspected the pier facilities under construction and guided the work of next phase of the project.

After the inspection, Ambassador Yin extended his regards to the frontline workers of the project.
