Venture One Fund Acquires Three Building Industrial Portfolio Throughout Chicago MSA
Rosemont, IL - March 31, 2023 - Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 56,128 square foot, 3-building industrial portfolio located in the Chicago MSA. The portfolio is 90.1% leased to seven tenants.
1345 Wilhelm Road in Mundelein, Illinois is a 14,845 square-foot single-tenant industrial building located in the Lake County submarket of Chicago. The building was constructed in 1989 and sits on 0.98-acres of land. The property features 18' clear height, 2 docks, 1 drive-in door and parking for 28 cars.
391 Wegner Drive in West Chicago, Illinois is a 21,900 square-foot multi-tenant industrial building located in the Fox Valley submarket of Chicago. The building was constructed in 1988 and sits on 1.41-acres of land. The property features 14' clear height, 2 docks, 5 drive-in doors (1 per unit) and parking for 50 cars. The multi-tenant industrial building is currently 75% leased to four tenants.
470 Wrightwood Avenue in Elmhurst, Illinois is a 19,383 square-foot single-tenant industrial building located in the Central DuPage submarket of Chicago. The building was constructed in 1972 and sits on 0.98-acres of land. The property features 16' clear height, 2 docks, 1 drive-in door and parking for 23 cars.
