WELLFLEET, Mass.-The next meeting of Cape Cod National Seashore's Federal Advisory Commission has been scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025, at 1 pm. The meeting will take place at the Salt Pond Visitor Center classroom and is open to the public. The purpose of the Commission is to consult with the Secretary of the Interior, or the Secretary's designee, with respect to matters relating to the development of the Cape Cod National Seashore, including matters of acquisition by condemnation and zoning regulations.
As published in the federal register on May 27, 2025, the agenda for the meeting will include the adoption of agenda, approval of meeting minutes, superintendent's report, member's comments, meeting primary topic (see below) and public comment period.
The focus of this meeting is: Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) Subcommittee Report, the State of Park Presentation by Superintendent Flynn, and identification of issues and topics for 2026 action by members.
