Upcoming Road Closures: Pavement Improvements Scheduled Across Brentwood

The City of Brentwood will be conducting pavement maintenance at multiple locations throughout the City starting Thursday, July 17. Work will include both full closures and overnight lane restrictions. Drivers are urged to watch for and follow all construction and traffic control signage posted along the street segments.

Scheduled Road Work and Closures

  • Thursday, July 17: Northbound Minnesota Avenue from Glenwillow Drive to Breakwater Way
    • FULL CLOSURE from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday, July 18: Southbound Minnesota Avenue from Glenwillow Drive to Breakwater Way
    • FULL CLOSURE from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Sunday, July 20: Brentwood Boulevard from Hansen Lane to Homecoming Way
    • OVERNIGHT CLOSURE from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
  • Monday, July 21: Brentwood Boulevard near Birch Street and Valdry Court
    • OVERNIGHT CLOSURE from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
  • Tuesday, July 22: Sand Creek Road near Brentwood Boulevard and Jeffrey Way near Lone Tree Way
    • OVERNIGHT roadwork from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
  • Friday, July 25: East Country Club Drive from Palm Avenue to Caddie Court & Willowwood Court
    • FULL CLOSURE from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

These projects are part of the City's Pavement Management Program, which helps keep Brentwood's roadways in excellent condition. In fact, Brentwood ranks #2 in Contra Costa County for pavement quality, a reflection of the City's commitment to ongoing street maintenance and long-term infrastructure planning.
