O Presidente da República promulgou o Decreto da Assembleia da República que altera o Regime Jurídico das Instituições de Ensino Superior, a Lei de Bases do Sistema Educativo, a Lei n.º 37/2003, de 22 de agosto, que estabelece as bases do financiamento do ensino superior, e o Regime Jurídico da Avaliação do Ensino Superior.
