Carrier Transicold Launches Fuel Intelligence Suite to Help Refrigerated Trailer Fleets Reduce Fuel Consumption

HANNOVER, Germany - Sep. 14, 2026

Carrier Transicold is launching the Fuel Intelligence Suite, an ecosystem that combines fuel optimization software, connected real-time monitoring and advanced analytics, and innovative fuel management accessories, to help refrigerated trailer fleets better understand and reduce fuel consumption. Carrier Transicold is a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.

Fuel remains one of the largest operating expenses for refrigerated transport fleets, yet many operators often have limited insight into how it is consumed across their operations. Designed around Carrier Transicold's Vector® High Efficiency (HE) platform, the Fuel Intelligence Suite connects fuel optimization software with real-time monitoring and analytics, giving customers greater visibility into how fuel is consumed and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

"Improving efficiency starts with understanding where opportunities exist," said Jean-Pascal Vielfaure, Product Director, Carrier Transicold International Truck Trailer. "By bringing fuel data, monitoring and optimization capabilities into a single ecosystem, the Fuel Intelligence Suite helps customers turn operational insights into informed decisions across their fleets."

At the core of the Fuel Intelligence Suite is a software upgrade for Vector HE 19 units. Embedded on all new units and available as a retrofit option for eligible existing units, the upgrade recalibrates refrigeration unit operation using insights derived from extensive, anonymized fleet data collected through Lynx Fleet, Carrier Transicold's connected telematics platform. The upgrade requires no hardware changes and can help reduce fuel consumption by up to 19%, helping fleets lower operating costs and reduce associated emissions while maintaining refrigeration performance.

The Fuel Intelligence Suite also expands fuel visibility through a combination of connected hardware and advanced analytics. Available for both Vector HE 19 and Vector HE 17 units beginning in late 2026, the package includes a new multifunction display that provides drivers with easy access to key operating information, including refrigeration unit fuel consumption, directly from the cab.
