TXSE Marks First Primary Listings with Market Close Bell Ringing Ceremony at Texas Capital Headquarters
DALLAS, September 16, 2026 - The Texas Stock Exchange today commemorated the transfer of Texas Capital's Texas Equity Index ETF (TXSE: TXS) and Texas Oil Index ETF (TXSE: OILT) with a market close bell ringing ceremony at the company's Dallas headquarters. TXS and OILT are TXSE's first primary listings, having officially transferred from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE Arca) and commenced trading on TXSE today.
"This morning, the Texas Stock Exchange began the rollout of primary listings of ETFs, and we could not have scripted a better way to start than by welcoming two of Texas Capital's ETFs home to Texas," said TXSE Chairman and CEO James H Lee. "TXS and OILT are not just the first primary listings on the Texas Stock Exchange, they are the first primary listings ever in the state of Texas and they mark the first of many transfers to TXSE from the other exchanges."
Both funds initially launched in 2023. TXS provides diversified exposure to publicly traded companies headquartered in Texas, while OILT provides targeted exposure to publicly traded oil and gas producers with significant production activity in Texas.
"This milestone reflects our deep conviction in Texas, our confidence in the Texas Stock Exchange, and our belief that the companies, investors, and entrepreneurs driving economic growth in Texas deserve a differentiated world-class capital markets platform built right here at home," said Texas Capital Chairman, President, and CEO Rob C. Holmes.
Texas sits at the heart of a broad economic realignment to the Boom Belt, drawing companies, workers, and capital from across the country.
"Texas has become the epicenter of economic growth and innovation in the 21st century. We lead in energy, we lead in technology and advanced manufacturing, and now we have a stock exchange built, headquartered and incorporated in our state," said Robert S. Howden, Texas Secretary of State.
