Town of Andes - Adoption of amended Comprehensive Plan

Negative Declaration

Delaware County - The Andes Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of amended Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves adoption of an amended Town of Andes Comprehensive Plan. The currently adopted plan dates to 2003 and the Town has reviewed and updated the plan to reflect developments, conditions and goals as they exist today. This process was undertaken by a special committee comprised of Town officials, residents and other stakeholders and employed a public opinion survey, several committee workshops as well as the formal adoption procedures administered through the Town Board. The project is located at 115 Delaware Avenue in the Town of Andes, New York.
