Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF)
Final Intended Use Plan (IUP) Amendment No.1 for Federal Fiscal Year 2025
The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation ("EFC") administers the CWSRF in partnership with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. This amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year ("FFY") 2025 CWSRF IUP adds language to the IUP related to the availability of federal Capitalization Grants and updates certain projects.
