Berlin/Frankfurt-Global law firm Dentons has advised numerous national and international banks in their capacity as note creditors of BRANICKS Group AG on securing the repayment of their note loans totaling €225 million.
The claims were the subject of a restructuring plan, approved in March 2024, on which Dentons advised the group of creditors during its preparation and execution. Following partial special repayments as planned, the remaining principal claims of €111 million were repaid in full at the end of June 2025.
Following completion of the restructuring documentation, Dentons continued to coordinate the note lenders on behalf of the note agent with regard to the exercise of their rights under the agreements reached. In this capacity, Dentons supported the note lenders throughout the restructuring period until the successful repayment of their loans.
