IT Position Updates: Taria Crump and Patricia Hightower

Join us in congratulating Taria Crump and Patricia Hightower in their new positions within Information Technology.

  • Taria Crump, Client Support Services Manager: The Client Support Services Manager leads the Client Support Services and Audiovisual Support Services teams while also coordinating the daily activities of the Information Technology Service Desk. These teams directly support faculty, staff, and student use of technology at the desktop, in meetings, and in the classroom.
  • Patricia Hightower, Technology Training Program Manager: The Technology Training Program Manager coordinates and often delivers training to faculty, staff, and students on centrally supported technologies and IT services. In addition, this role also coordinates the creation and curation of IT knowledge base articles, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation is available for end users.
