Transform 285/400: Weekly Lane Closure Advisory

WHAT: Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation contractors will implement lane closures for punch list activities. Travel restrictions include possible delays, reduced speeds, and detours in some areas.

*NOTES: Work schedule updates can be made daily. Check project web page often for the latest updates. Detour information is shown using redtext.

Overnight Closures:

Monday, July 21, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • One, left lane on SR 400 southbound CD lanes from Spalding Drive to Abernathy Road
  • One, right lane on Peachtree Dunwoody Road at I-285
Tuesday, July 22, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • One, left lane on SR 400 southbound CD lanes from Spalding Drive to Abernathy Road

  • Motorists traveling on SR 400 southbound to Abernathy Road should use Exit 5B Hammond Drive and SR 400 northbound to access Abernathy Road.
Wednesday, July 23, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

  • Motorists traveling on SR 400 southbound to Abernathy Road should use Exit 5B Hammond Drive and SR 400 northbound to access Abernathy Road.

  • Motorists traveling on SR 400 southbound to Hammond Drive should use Exit 5 Abernathy Road and Mercedes-Benz Drive (road changes to Barfield Road) to access Hammond Drive.
Friday, July 25, 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

  • Motorists traveling on SR 400 southbound to Hammond Drive should use Exit 5 Abernathy Road and Mercedes-Benz Drive (road changes to Barfield Road) to access Hammond Drive.
