Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Celebrates 48th Annual Gala and Hispanic Business Hall of Fame
Washington, D.C. - November 9th, 2024 - The Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GWHCC) is thrilled to host its 48th Annual Gala tomorrow, celebrating Hispanic business excellence and honoring leaders in the community at the Hispanic Business Hall of Fame. The prestigious event will take place at the JW Marriott Washington, DC, showcasing the achievements of Hispanic entrepreneurs and advocates who are shaping the future of business in the region.
This year's gala, themed "Winter Wonderland," promises an evening filled with inspiration, celebration, and networking, featuring Alberto Pimienta, Anchor for Telemundo44, and Susan Hogan, News4 Consumer Investigative Reporter for NBC4, as the event's emcees.
Attendees will enjoy a silent auction, live entertainment, and a program honoring distinguished awardees. The event kicks off with a Silent Auction and Networking Reception at 6:00 PM, followed by the Dinner Program at 7:00 PM.

Special Recognition by Comcast NBCUniversal
In an exciting highlight, Comcast NBCUniversal's Project UP-a commitment to bridging the digital divide and empowering communities-will recognize four incredible organizations making an impact in the DMV's Hispanic communities. Representatives from the Latin American Youth Center, Tenants & Workers United, Latino Economic Development Center, and the GWHCC Foundation will each receive laptops as part of Comcast's commitment to supporting these vital organizations. Next week, Comcast, Telemundo 44, and NBC4 will personally deliver 20 laptops to each organization, further supporting their missions.
