NRC Shareholder Trust Declares 2025 Spring Distribution

On Jan. 17, 2025, the NANA Regional Corporation Inc. Board of Directors authorized a contribution to the NRC Shareholder Trust for the purpose of paying a spring distribution to Trust beneficiaries of $8.05 per share, for a total distribution of approximately $14.5 million. The distribution will be payable on or about April 14, 2025, to beneficiaries of record as of April 7, 2025. All NANA shareholders of record are beneficiaries of the Trust.
