AMUW spring book club: ‘Liliana’s Invincible Summer’

The Association of Marquette University Women will host a special spring book club event featuring "Liliana's Invincible Summer" by Cristina Rivera Garza on Thursday, April 9, in the Raynor Library Beaumier Suites. Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m., with the discussion to follow at 7 p.m.

The discussion will include presentations by Dr. Eugenia Afinoguénova, AMUW Professor in the Humanities and professor of Spanish in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures; and Dr. Diana Aldrete, Grad '05, assistant professor of language and culture studies and human rights at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
