NewPoint Originates $38.5 Million Bridge Loan for Multifamily Property in Fort Worth, TX

FORT WORTH, TX - (September 2, 2026) - NewPoint Real Estate Capital LLC ("NewPoint") has originated $38.5 million in NewPoint Bridge financing for a 261-unit multifamily property in Fort Worth, Texas.

The transaction benefits from a Public Facility Corporation ("PFC") structure that supports affordable housing. Under the program, 50% of the units are subject to affordability restrictions. In exchange, the property receives a full property-tax abatement and makes annual payments to the nonprofit PFC based on a portion of the resulting tax savings.

The transaction was originated by NewPoint Managing Director, Dov Weinschneider on behalf of a family-owned real estate development and investment firm.
