Norton Rose Fulbright partner Kaylee Yang (San Francisco) was recognized at the 2026 California Legal Awards ceremony among the Women Leaders in Tech Law honorees, which celebrates individuals who are contributing to progress at technology companies and in the law. Kaylee is one of four Corporate/Transactions honorees.

Kaylee's sophisticated practice includes representing public and private companies in complex business transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, investments and joint ventures, antitrust matters as well as operational and corporate governance strategy. Representing technology investment funds, Kaylee evaluates emerging technologies and start-up companies to remain current with the rapidly evolving advancements in the sector. She has helped clients secure significant investment funding focused on artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and semiconductor technologies over the last year.
