Dissertation Defense Presentation Scheduled for UVI Ph.D. Student Kia Glimps-Smith

The University of the Virgin Islands Ph.D. student Kia Glimps-Smith will deliver her Dissertation Defense on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. AST via Zoom.

The topic of her Dissertation is "Culturally Responsive Creativity and Academic Success: A Mixed Methods Study of Black Single Mother Doctoral Scholars in HBCUs and Black Sororities."
