Visit of a WFTU delegation to Zimbabwe
A visit is taking place in Zimbabwe by a WFTU delegation composed of the TUI Public Services General Secretary, Zola Saphetha, and the WFTU Executive Secretary, Anda Anastasaki, following an invitation from the Zimbabwean Confederation of Public Sector Trade Unions.
The WFTU delegation is holding meetings with several trade unions and officials, including the Minister of Labour of Zimbabwe, with whom an interesting meeting was held.
This visit of the WFTU to Zimbabwe revitalizes relations and strengthens the development of joint action with the class-oriented trade union movement of the country, after many years.
