TruckWings® technology reaches 1.5 billion miles as fleet adoption accelerates

VANCOUVER, Wash. - Dec. 18, 2025 - ConMet today announced that TruckWings® technology has exceeded 1.5 billion miles of combined real-world fleet mileage. Fleets have logged those miles in daily operation, building a real-world track record of durability and aerodynamic savings.

Throughout 2025, TruckWings technology saw broader deployment across Class 8 tractors and long-haul operations, resulting in steady month-over-month mileage increases. Key 2025 highlights included:

• TruckWings systems added about 27 million miles per month on average in 2025 as installations grew across active fleets.
• Fleets widened deployment across more tractors and lanes, moving active aerodynamics deeper into everyday long-haul operation.
• A Frito-Lay tractor running TruckWings technology participated in NACFE's recent Run on Less program.
• Availability expanded through major OEM modification centers, allowing TruckWings devices to be installed pre-delivery from leading North American OEMs.
• TruckWings systems are available now for electric, CNG, and diesel applications.

TruckWings technology uses active aerodynamic panels that automatically deploy and retract to reduce trailer gap turbulence at highway speeds. By lowering aerodynamic drag, the device helps improve fleet fuel economy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions without requiring driver intervention.
