TRAFFIC ALERT: Route K CLOSED in Vernon Co. for Pipe Replacement Work Fe…
Where: Vernon County Route K between County Road 2650 and County Road 2700 east of Nevada
When: 8 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday, February 3
What: MoDOT crews replacing damaged pipe underneath the road
Traffic Impacts:
- All lanes of Route K CLOSED where crews are working
- Drivers will have access to driveways and entrances on either end of the work zone but will not be able to travel through the work zone
- No signed detours
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
- Check MoDOT's Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
