Calfee Client Century Park Capital Partners’ Portfolio Company Total Access Elevator Acquires LA Elevator

Calfee is pleased to announce that its client, Century Park Capital Partners, has completed a strategic acquisition through its portfolio company, Total Access Elevator. Total Access has acquired LA Elevator, a respected independent elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization service provider based in Los Angeles, California.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Total Access's growth strategy and strengthens its presence across key Los Angeles neighborhoods. LA Elevator's reputation for reliability and long-standing customer relationships complements Total Access's commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality service and expands its reach in the Southern California market.

LA Elevator will continue operating under its established brand, with its experienced technicians and maintenance portfolio integrated into Total Access's operations. The acquisition also includes a strategic partnership with the International Union of Elevator Constructors (IUEC) and Local 18 to transition LA Elevator's workforce to union membership, ensuring continuity and support for employees and customers.

Century Park Capital Partners is a Los Angeles-based private equity group established in 2000. It invests in family businesses, owner-operated firms and corporate divestitures to accelerate growth and transform these companies into leading industry players. They focus on acquiring strategically well-positioned yet under-resourced middle market companies with identifiable potential for value creation.
