Material Event (Form 8-K)

Item 8.01 Other Events.

Reference is hereby made to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the "BMO 2023-C4 PSA") dated as of February 1, 2023, relating to the BMO 2023-C4 Mortgage Trust (the "Issuing Entity") (filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 14, 2023 under Commission File No. 333-255934-04). Effective as of September 1, 2026, C-IV Asset Management LLC succeeded to Greystone Servicing Company LLC in the capacity described below and will act as successor:

· special servicer under the pooling and servicing agreement relating to FIVE 2023-V1 Mortgage Trust (filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 6, 2023 under Commission File No. 333-255934-04) pursuant to which the 575 Broadway mortgage loan and the Gilardian NYC Portfolio mortgage loan, each an asset of the Issuing Entity, are serviced.

A copy of the related Assignment and Assumption Agreement (Special Servicing), dated September 1, 2026, is attached hereto as Exhibit 20.1.
