DALLAS - April 15, 2025 - Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital, today announced that President & Chief Executive Officer Rob C. Holmes was confirmed as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the conclusion of TCBI's 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Holmes, who has served as President & Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Board since 2021, was unanimously elected to this position by the Board of Directors in January 2025.
