Balfour Beatty Celebrates Groundbreaking of Manor Riverwalk in Downtown Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. - Balfour Beatty joined project stakeholders and local leaders on June 17 to commemorate the groundbreaking of Related Group's Manor Riverwalk, a 24-story mixed-use residential tower located at 101 S. Parker Street along Tampa's Hillsborough River. The ceremony marked the official commencement of construction activities on this highly anticipated waterfront development.

Designed by Arquitectónica with interiors by ID & Design International, Manor Riverwalk features 369 residential units, approximately 18,000 square feet of ground-level retail, 788-space parking garage and 23,000-square-foot elevated amenity deck designed to capture riverfront and skyline views.

As a signature element of the multifamily project, the expansive amenity program features a large elevated outdoor deck with resort-style pool areas, lounge and entertainment spaces, fitness and wellness facilities and flexible coworking environments designed to support modern lifestyles.
