JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - GreenPointe Holdings announces the promotion of Gregg Kern to Regional President, North Florida.

As Regional President, Kern will lead the company's North Florida operations, overseeing strategic growth initiatives, land acquisitions and company development efforts throughout the region.

"Gregg has a remarkable knowledge of the real estate industry and has made significant contributions to advancing GreenPointe's footprint throughout North Florida," said Grady Miars, President and Chief Operating Officer, GreenPointe Holdings. Kern joined the company in 2013 as Construction Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Development for Northeast Florida communities in 2021. Since 2024, he has served as GreenPointe's Division Manager for the North Florida Region. Prior to joining GreenPointe, Kern's professional experience included residential and commercial construction and real estate development.

A Certified Building Contractor licensed in Florida, Kern earned his master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, a bachelor's degree in building construction management and an associate degree in business from the University of North Florida.
