Kevin Field is Christian Field's father.
Christian Field was charged with felony larceny, misdemeanor assault on a female and two misdemeanor counts of breaking and entering. He was arrested on Nov. 14 and released on a written promise to appear in court. His next court date is March 24, 2025.
Sarah Cochran was charged with felony larceny, misdemeanor breaking and entering and misdemeanor simple assault. She was arrested on Nov. 14 and given a $5,000 secured bond. Her next court date is March 24, 2025.
Kevin Field was served with a criminal summons and charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering.
According to an indictment returned by a Jackson County grand jury, Christian Field and Cochran went to the home of Dustin Stanley's mother in Cullowhee on May 2, looking for Stanley, wrongfully entered the house, took Stanley's cell phone and shoved Stanley's mother.
Special agents also accuse Christian Field and Kevin Field of returning to the residence two days later, on May 4, and wrongfully entering the house.
