Stream Realty Partners Represents Sentinel Technologies in Full-Building Headquarters Lease

Technology Company to Occupy 63,409-SF Building in Lisle, IL

CHICAGO - October 1, 2026 - Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has represented Sentinel Technologies in a 63,409-square-foot full-building lease at Corporetum Office Campus X, located at 410 Warrenville Road in Lisle, Illinois.

Sentinel will occupy the entire four-story building for its headquarters, housing its office, research and development, and technology lab functions under one roof. The company is expected to relocate in the first quarter of 2027 from its current headquarters in Downers Grove, approximately one mile away. The move marks Sentinel's first headquarters relocation in more than 30 years.

Stream Managing Directors Jordan Decker and Brian Duffy represented Sentinel in the transaction. David Florent and Brent Jacob of Colliers represented the landlord, Napleton Automotive Group.
