ISHPEMING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing about $6.2 million to rebuild more than three miles of M-35 in Marquette County between County Road 480 and US-41, including converting the M-35/County Road 492 intersection to a modern roundabout. Work will include crushing and shaping the existing pavement, new asphalt pavement, widening existing paved shoulders, realigning the M-35/Marquette County Road 492 intersection, grading, and tree clearing at various locations for safety improvements.
