EIGE Gender Equality Forum 2026: Driving Europe’s growth through gender equality – 17 November

The countdown is on for third edition of the Gender Equality Forum.

On 17 November 2026, EIGE will once again convene diverse voices and partnerships to shape the future of gender equality in Europe.

At a time when Europe is navigating demographic pressure, skills shortages and global competition, the Forum will provide a space for policymakers, business leaders, civil society activists, experts and young professionals to exchange perspectives and explore gender equality as a driver of competitiveness and growth.

The programme will centre on three key thematic strands:

  • Care at the heart of resilient economies
  • Skills for innovation and potential of closing gendered gaps in talent
  • The cost of gender gaps - and how to unlock gender equality as an economic accelerator.

This year's Forum will have a special focus on engaging employers and young professionals. Through a combination of high-level debates, data insights and interactive exchanges, the Forum will bring together diverse voices to reflect on shared challenges and opportunities.

#EGEF2026 will take place in Brussels with in-person plenary sessions and workshops on site. All plenary sessions will be livestreamed and accessible on EIGE's website.

Registration for in-person participation opens in September 2026.
