A new language for communicating with customers in the drive-thru channel is currently being developed. The sound layer is being provided by ElevenLabs

Our goal is to create such a system where the customer will not realize that they are talking to a bot and not a human. In September, we are launching a pilot implementation in the first venues. According to Slawek Glomski, autonomous drive-thru is not a fad, it's a direction that has a solid business rationale: it solves the problem of staff shortages, standardizes service quality, increases sales through intelligent prompts and reduces waiting times, reducing queues.
Dariusz Zuk adds that drive-thru automation is a good direction that is already being applied in other industries, such as the hospitality sector.
