REMINDER: Holiday Closing and Upcoming Update to Self-Scheduled Matters in CM/ECF

Holiday Closing
In observance of the Washington's Birthday Holiday, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026. The Court's CM/ECF system will be available for electronic filing and research. Electronic Self-Representation (eSR) and the Electronic Document Submission System (EDSS) are available for pro se filings.
Update to Self-Scheduled Matters in CM/ECF
Tomorrow, February 13, 2026, the Court will be introducing hearing presets in CM/ECF to assist filers with self-scheduling. A participant's guide detailing how to use the hearing presets in CM/ECF is available here.
