Pfingsten announces its portfolio company, Advanced Lighting Concepts, LLC d.b.a. Environmental Lights ("Environmental Lights") has acquired Nova Flex. Based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Nova Flex distributes and assembles custom LED lighting products for commercial and architectural applications including LED strips and neon, controls, channel, power supplies and related accessories. Nova Flex is trusted by leading brands and institutions to elevate visibility and experience in hospitality, retail, education, healthcare, fitness and similar end markets.
