"Bill brings strong litigation experience and a practical approach to helping clients navigate business disputes," said Miller Canfield CEO Michael Palizzi. "We are pleased to welcome him to our Grand Rapids team and look forward to the contributions he will make for our clients and the firm."

Warners earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he served as a staff editor of the UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law. He earned his bachelor's degree in history from Calvin University, where he served as student body president.

He is admitted to practice in Michigan and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Warners also serves on the board of directors of Rescue One Foundation.
