NYU staff from the Office of University Relations and Public Affairs assembled care kits for New Yorkers experiencing homelessness, in partnership with Brooklyn Community Services.
As we reflect on the past year, NYU's commitment to outreach and engagement continues to define our institutional character. Throughout fall and winter 2024, our university community - students, faculty, and staff alike - demonstrated an unwavering dedication to serving our surrounding neighborhoods. Building on the momentum of earlier 2024 initiatives, NYUers deepened their impact through strategic nonprofit partnerships, accessible public events, innovative community outreach projects, and special donation drives during the holiday season. As we move further into 2025, we're proud to share the following statistics showcasing the meaningful difference NYU made in local lives and organizations across the globe.
