Roundabout Installation Underway on Staples Avenue

Work is underway for a new roundabout at the intersection of Staples Avenue and 4th Street. The traffic-calming device is aimed at making this busy bicycle thoroughfare safer. The project includes a center island as well as sidewalks and re-paving the intersection. This is part of the City of Key West's efforts to make roadways safer for pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists.
