NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF CADILLAC PLANNING COMMISSION

TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held at meeting of the City of Cadillac Planning Commission on December 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Cadillac Municipal Complex, 200 North Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider an application for conditional rezoning of 620 Arthur Street from R-2 to RM-1 on the condition that the subject property be used only as a single-family or a two-family home. The application is available for public inspection at 200 North Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601, during regular business hours.

The Planning Commission will receive written comments concerning the proposed conditional rezoning at Cadillac Municipal Complex, 200 North Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601. Comments should be addressed to the Community Development Department. Written comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 22, 2025.
